The Long Game Operating System (or LGOS) is a system of tools and frameworks that helps videogame founders and leaders to run their company with better results and less hassle.
At the basis of LGOS is the conviction that any company in the games industry can thrive if they manage to create high levels of focus, alignment and accountability - and in the areas of Strategy, Management and Self-Leadership, specifically.
I help companies to do this through 4 full-day workshops across 90 days.
In each of the workshops, we tackle a specific theme, adopting a few new tools, frameworks and principles at a time.
And in each workshop, we review the work we’ve done in the previous workshops, to make sure we’ve got everything exactly right by the end of the 4th workshop.
On Traction Day, we look at 4 foundational tools that will become the bedrock for the company’s new operational flow.
On Vision Day, we zoom out and identify the company’s long term goals and positioning
